Guaranty Policy:
A credit card or bank deposit is required in order to guarantee reservation.
Check In: 3:00 p.m.
Check Out: 1:00 p.m.
Credit Cards Accepted:
American Express, Visa and MasterCard.
Cancellation Policy:
Cancelations made 24 hours prior to arrival date will not be charged charged.
Cancelations made less than 24 hours prior to arrival date will be charged 100%.
These policies only apply for Individual reservations, not for Groups.
No Show Policy:
If No Show occurs, a one night stay fee will be charged.
Extra person Policy:
All extra person will have charge of $50 pesos.
Kids Policy:
Up to 11 years old children will be considered as minors. 12 years old and older children will be charged as adults.
2 less than 12 years old children can share room with 2 adults.
Pets Policy:
No pets allowed.
Oversold Policy:
In case the Hotel is oversold and cannot offer you the contracted service, to the client with a reservation from UNIVISIT, the Hotel by its own count will find adequate alternatives to supply the service contracted, that will meet or give better service than the original benefits contracted.
The hotel will pay a one night stay plus taxes at a similar Hotel.
The guest will be transported by the hotel to the new hotel.
The guest will be permitted at least one phone call to his house or office.
